I don’t know a lot about off-roading but wouldn’t it be better, for strength, to run that tubing for the stinger through the top of the bumper and weld it to the bottom and top plate?  It seems the way they mounted it,  a hard hit will snap it off the bumper. It defeats the purpose of having a stinger in the first place.

I would like to suggest that the rear tire carrier needs a perch on the lock end.  Without it, the entire swing are will vibrate and eventually break the spindle.  That isn't a guess, it is observation!
